Berkoski Ice has grown from an 80 bag a day production to the present production of 80 tons of ice per day.  The facility is the largest on LI.  Berkoski supplies most of Long Island and also serves directly to FEMA during emergencies, such as hurricane Katrina. Berkoski shipped as much as 20 trailer loads of product in one day to help during this national emergency. Berkoski Ice manufactures ice products in the Southampton location to strict food safety standards.  The ice plant is inspected and accredited by the International Packaged Ice Association.  The service area is all of Suffolk County and parts of Nassau County.
